THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF RESERVATION IN THE HOTEL:
A non-guaranteed reservation
A non-guaranteed reservation presumes the preservation of the reservation of the room until 18:00 of the day of arrival. The hotel confirms a non-guaranteed reservation in term placing no more than 2 days. For the booking it is necessary to fill in the application form and send it by fax or e-mail, or to book in on-line mode. Please contact the reservation department in case you don’t receive a confirmation after 24 hours after sending the application.
For legal entities sending an official request on a company’s letterhead signed by an authorized person is required.
A guarantee reservation
A guarantee reservation presumes the preservation of the reservation of the room for the entire period said in the application on the basis of pre-payment of the cost of accommodation (in case of no-show or a late cancellation of the reservation (less than 24 hours prior to arrival), the hotel has the right to levy a payment equal to the cost of 1 night stay).Guaranteed reservations can be realized by legal entities and by an individual. Legal entities (that don’t have contractual relationship with the hotel) draw up a guarantee letter on company’s letterhead signed by an authorized person.
- fill in an application form for on-line booking on the hotel website. The application must specify the card type by which the payment will be made;
- send a request for accommodation to the reservations department, and make a payment of the cost of accommodation after receiving the on-line link from the hotel.
The guarantee of the reservation can be the advance payment made in the hotel reception before guest’s arrival. In this case, the payment is made at least per one night.
